The scope of South Cave Tractors Limited and SCT-Rail (SCT) is primarily as a franchise dealer for Mercedes Benz Unimog with sales, aftersales, bespoke modifications to original product and resellers of original equipment for Unimog throughout the UK. SCT is also an approved agent for AEBI Schmidt grass mowing equipment, Mulag GmbH roadside maintenance technology, and Zagro GmbH road-rail gear handling sales of new and used machinery with aftersales.

The Company recognises that in order to provide and maintain a consistently high quality in the work it undertakes, an effective Quality Management System is necessary so as to ensure that proper communication, work control and accountable records are generated for all work undertaken.

We are totally committed to setting and achieving quality standards that are capable of meeting (in all respects) the specified requirements and reasonable expectations of our customers.

It is the policy, therefore, of the Company to control and conduct its business as primarily a Mercedes Benz Unimog dealer with sales, aftersales, bespoke modifications to original product and resellers of original equipment, and also as approved agents of AEBI Schmidt grass mowing equipment, Mulag GmbH roadside maintenance technology, and Zagro GmbH road-rail gear handling sales of new and used machinery with aftersales by means of a formalised management system. This quality management shall be in accordance with the quality system requirements specified in ISO 9001:2015, and the Company is committed to continual improvement.

This policy defines the Company’s Management System which has been established and adopted as a means for achieving objectives through the identification of company risks and opportunities, and which are detailed in the Management Review minutes.

All members of staff are charged with promoting these aims and are required to familiarise themselves with the Company policies and procedures, and to observe and implement the systems defined in the performance of their work.
